　　總分為100分，依刊登雜誌排序（Rank）、刊登雜誌（Impact Factor）及臨床運用與貢獻度評分依據，每單項為100分，乘以該項次百分比後加總計分。

1.刊登雜誌排序(Rank)：佔總分40%，並以最新年度計算。

a.     前20%：100分

b.     21-40%：80分

c.     41-60%：60分

d.     61-80%：40分

e.     餘　者：20分。

2.刊登雜誌(Impact factor)：佔總分30%，並以最新年度計算。

a.     ﹥5分：100分

b.     4-5分：80分

c.     3-4分：60分

d.     2-3分：40分

e.     餘者為20分。

3.臨床運用與貢獻度：佔總分30%。

a.  極高100分，高80分，中等60分，尚可40分，低20分。

b.  若申請文章有2位Co-first Author或Co-responding Author，則此項總分*0.8計算；若有3位 (含)以上則此項總分*0.5計算。
